How to Log a bug

As testers, we log bugs nearly every day. But did you know that the way you log a bug can have a big impact on how quickly it is fixed, or whether it's even fixed at all? In my presentation, I'll share the six features that are needed for a well-logged bug, with right and wrong examples.
